“The darkness of future past” is the first of four chapters in our latest various artist project.

Showcasing four heavy industrial hardcore tracks, from some of Australia’s (and the UK’s) best producers in the game. We are beyond grateful to be able to share these with you all on their behalf. And couldn’t be prouder to see such a quality compilation of tracks from our local scene.

Kader & Relapse - Cold Blooded
Kader and Relapse double team your face for a severe ear bashing. As comforting as a kick in the teeth for breakfast, this track is hot on the trail of a recent success with other releases on Industrial Strength, Extreme Is Everything, Noisj and Motormouth Records. Upbeat and energetic, this will find its place easily within any modern hardcore or industrial set. 
Absolute weapon of a track!!

Doc Ross & Dep Affect - Unpleasant Outcomes
Two of Australia’s most respected hardcore and techno artists team up for what is a truly unique expression of the genre. Combining manic synths, and a relentless kick drum storming through like a boomer with a shopping docket. This will have you clawing the speakers as the ever evolving intensity takes you to new heights. What a killer piece of work this is!

Spindo - Currawong
This track is about as Australian as they come. What more unique way is there to be creative, and to showcase this beautiful country. Than to sample one of its native birds, The Currawong. And then put it into a distorted hardcore track? Again, Spindo has created something truly unique with this psychedelic bush inspired hardcore style. And I’m not going to lie, ever since we heard it, Currawongs have been showing up EVERYWHERE at our house! Absolutely magic!


MIRVcore - Car Crash Carnage
MIRVcore brings his hyper hard hitting industrial fuelled track to the boil, and lets it simmer somewhere between: a hammer smashed face, and “we’re going to need new bed sheets after this grandma…” This track meanders through your mind like an overloaded shopping trolley on a steep hill. Unapologetic and smashing everything in it’s path. As the name would suggest. Marvelous!


We will be releasing the next chapters over the coming weeks. This project has wrapped up, but we are still taking submissions for the next V/A project if you would like to get involved.
